Precautions for safe use of high pressure hose

1. The hose can only be used to convey the designed medium.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use the hose over the design working pressure.
3. The temperature of the medium conveyed by the hose should not exceed the factory requirements, oil -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, air -30 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, water emulsion below 80 ℃.
4. The hose should be kept clean and the inside should be rinsed clean. Prevent foreign objects from entering the lumen, hinder fluid transfer, and damage equipment.
5. The layout of the hose should be as far away from the heat source as possible. When it is really necessary, you can use devices such as installing sleeves or heat insulation plates to prevent the hose from being deteriorated by heat.
6. Where the hose crosses or rubs against the mechanical surface, protective measures should be taken to prevent the hose from bursting due to wear.
7. Keep the hose as straight as possible on site. Avoid sharp bends when bending. The bending radius should not be too small. It should be larger than 9 times the outer diameter. There should be a straight line at the joint between the hose and the joint that is greater than 2 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
8. Do not twist the hose during installation. A slight twist of the hose may reduce its strength and loosen the joint. The assembly should be tightened on the hose instead of the hose.
9. When installing the hose, avoid being in a tight state. There must be a certain amount of length to keep the hose loose.
10. Protect rubber hoses during daily use to prevent them from being squeezed or bumped.
11. The control valve should be operated gently to reduce the pressure impact on the hose and prevent the hose from bursting.
12. The rubber hose must use the matching formal "U" card, sealing ring, two-way, three-way, etc. It is strictly prohibited to use other substitutes.
13. Leaks, cracks, bulges, rusted joints, broken wires, aging cracks in the rubber layer, etc. must be replaced immediately.
14. During daily use, inspection and replacement must be strengthened.
