How to ensure the safety of high-pressure hoses in transportation

Although it has a multi-layer structure and it also has wire windings, it is still very fragile. When using and handling high-pressure hoses, we still need to pay special attention to it. Be careful not to damage the hose due to automatic negligence and affect our work. So what should we pay attention to when handling the hose?
1. When handling and loading and unloading high-pressure hoses, they should not be arbitrarily dragged. Heavy-duty hoses should be loaded and unloaded with lifting equipment or special equipment to prevent accidental damage to the hoses and their normal use.
2. Hose should be shipped in neatly sorted rolls (strips), to avoid the sharp bending of the pipe body, and other heavy objects should not be stacked on the hose.
3. For hoses that need to be transported straight, when the length exceeds the loading compartment, the extra-long part should be supported by brackets to prevent the product from being damaged by being dragged on the ground.
4. During loading and unloading of the hose, it must be lightly loaded and unloaded.
5. If the product needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or workshop dock) for some reason, the site must be level, the hose must be neatly laid, and the cover must not be stacked, and no heavy objects should be piled up. At the same time, the hose cannot contact the heat source.
6. The last point is also the most important point. It is strictly forbidden to mix hoses with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, flammable and explosive materials; the pipe body should not be in direct contact with the goods with sharp edges.
