Y-rings are widely used in single hydraulic props. Due to the reciprocating movement of the single hydraulic prop, ordinary O-rings and seals cannot meet the requirements of high-pressure seals, while Y-rings can. When the Y-ring is installed, the lip must face the side with high pressure to function, so the Y-ring can only work in one direction.

Y-shaped seal has a Y-shaped cross section and is a typical lip seal. It is widely used in reciprocating seals, and its service life is longer than O-rings. The applicable working pressure of Y-ring is not more than 40MPa.

Working speed range: 0.01 ~ 0.6m / s when using nitrile rubber; 0.05 ~ 0.3m / s when using fluorine rubber; 0.01 ~ lm / s when using polyurethane rubber. The sealing performance, service life and working pressure limit of different Y-rings are all made of polyurethane rubber.

Seal for reciprocating hydraulic cylinders, cylinder pistons or piston rods. When the working pressure fluctuates greatly, it is necessary to use a supporting ring in conjunction with it, and a high pressure ring needs to be added.
