Use of emulsion pump
Is there a reason why the emulsion pump has no or insufficient pressure?
Plunger pumps are generally divided into single plunger pumps, horizontal plunger pumps, axial plunger pumps and radial plunger pumps.
The structure consists of eccentric wheel, plunger, spring, cylinder and two check valves. A closed volume is formed between the plunger and the cylinder bore. The eccentric rotates once, and the plunger reciprocates up and down once, moves downwards to suck oil, and moves upwards to drain oil. The volume of oil discharged by each revolution of the pump is called the displacement, and the displacement is only related to the structural parameters of the pump.
Horizontal plunger pump
The horizontal plunger pump is installed side by side with several plungers (usually 3 or 6). A crankshaft is used to directly reciprocate the plunger through a connecting rod slider or an eccentric shaft to realize the suction and discharge of liquid. Hydraulic pump. They also use valve-type flow distribution devices, and most of them are metering pumps. Emulsion pumps in coal mine hydraulic support systems are generally horizontal plunger pumps.
Axial
Axial piston pump (English name: Piston pump) is a piston pump in which the reciprocating direction of the piston or plunger is parallel to the central axis of the cylinder. Axial plunger pumps work by utilizing the volume change caused by the plunger reciprocating in the plunger bore parallel to the drive shaft. Since the plunger and the plunger hole are both circular parts, high precision can be achieved during processing, so the volumetric efficiency is high.
Radial piston pump can be divided into two types: valve distribution and shaft distribution. The valve-distribution radial piston pump has the disadvantages of high failure rate and low efficiency. The axial flow radial plunger pump developed in the 70s and 80s in the world has overcome the shortage of the valve flow radial plunger pump. Due to the structural characteristics of the radial pump, the fixed axial flow radial piston pump is more impact-resistant, longer in life and higher in control accuracy than the axial piston pump. The variable stroke short pump variable is achieved by changing the eccentricity of the stator under the action of the variable plunger and the limit plunger. The maximum eccentric distance is set to 5-9mm (depending on the displacement), and the variable stroke is short . And the variable mechanism is designed for high-pressure operation, which is controlled by a control valve. Therefore, the response speed of the pump is fast. The radial structure design overcomes problems such as eccentric wear of axial piston pump shoes. It greatly improves its impact resistance.
